David Heneghan

David is Co-founder and CEO of CX Index which is recognised by Gartner as a leading Voice of the Customer technology platform that is headquartered in Ireland with offices in the UK and Poland.
The business, which has ISO27001 certification, works with a broad spectrum of clients and partners in Aviation, Financial Services, Healthcare and Retail and Technology sectors.
Prior to setting up CX Index in 2012 David had a career in the financial services and he holds a B. Comm and MBS from UCD and a Barrister at law Degree from the King's Inns.
